Kala

Kala is the son of Waktu and Pematung that is the current ruler of the underworld. During the war of the gods, Kala was the creator of primordial demons and devils which originated from the underworld before the souls of humanoids existed with the help of Naga Padoha. Once the war was over and humanoids were created, Naga Padoha and Kala created Lalondong to collect the souls when they died.

The symbol is of the standard underworld symbol but it includes two spirits dancing. The symbol has also been interpreted as that of two souls attempting to leave the underworld but are being grabbed back in by the hands of Kala.
