This city meaning tail sits at the end of the island of Kaki Kadal in a thick vacuous swamp. The inhabitants are used to this environment and benefit from the swamp's many gifts. Over time because of the lack of engineering, the city has begun to sink under the swamp which has led to over time many buildings and treasures beneath the mud.
