Candlelight Harbor

This harbor is where a majority of water genasi used to reside. Now this city has become one of the greatest cities of water transport and trading in all of Nusantara. This city is entirely on a harbor in a delta and gets its name from the various candle lights throughout the city and the small insects that light the water at night.
