Makai

The Makaians, or 'shackled' are people native to the Western Wastes of the The Shifting Desert. The Makaians have a long history of enslavement and abuse by pther races who invaded their homalands throughout the ages, such as hobgoblins and blue Dragonborn. Even other humanoid and evles have enslaved the Makaians in the past. Their biggest city, Jass Makai, is the slave trade hub of the shifting desert.
