Umdera

Moving community within an area of desolate waste area surrounding the territory roamed by the Dream Titans which excrete an extremely dangerous, very acidic substance known as Pure Elixir. The denizens of the city collect this elixir and refine it into various consumable elixirs with a very wide variety of properties.

The town is overseen by a High Council headed by High Elder Cheresa, who seem to be (entire population or only some?) part of a very secretive people (the Mlox, possibly related to the original purpose of the Dream Titans which appears to be that of terraforming an area. Yfra is apparently "one of the lost children" of these people.

Other notable people/factions include the

• Brave House - Regular foray into the wastes to collect Pure Elixir and occassional forays into the very dangerous Dream Titans for numenera and materials
• Night Speaker - Will meditate/dream on and provide answers to petitioner's questions in exchange for iotum or other valuable materials/items
• Garden Melen - Elixir merchang
• Jelnari Siblings - Own/run the inn and sell a healing/refreshing elixir
• Gerard the Sage - Made a study of the Titans until being trampled by one and becoming deathly afraid of them
• Leah - An apprentice elixir distiller
