Pyramid of the Khannashi

Nothing that walks the night-soaked Sakharan sands can truly last forever, not even the great Khannashi of old. The very greatest of them are interred beneath the split pyramid that lies directly beneath the Shackled Moon. Its peak was bifurcated so that the light of the Fixed Star may shine through it when seen directly from the south.
The winds howl through this fluted fissure, a constant an unceasing cacophony of piercing whistles and vibrato drones that drive the unfaithful and irreverent to madness. Only the most devoted Pilgrims of the Khannashi know the secret of how to approach with their hearing intact.
