Mactrian Concord
A collection of City states that coalesces the power of the independent city states into one unified force in response to the continued growth of both the Dirmandian Lands and Arcturian Empire.

History
Following the 1239 attempt to claim the naval base of Melissa as the rightful territory of the Arcturian Empire due to the 497 indocommission, many started to fear that the Empire would attempt to claim the rest of the Emerald coast as their rightful territory if they managed to seize Melissa. Thankfully, the military attempt to seize was thwarted due to inclement weather that postponed the attempt to seize till next year, during which time the old King died leaving the young prince as the leader of the Empire. Not wanting to have his first military operation be a failed seizure, he opted to instead reinforce the Dirmandian Lands border which proved fruitful. However, by 1243 almost all major city states had joined the concord and by 1247 all major city states had formerly joined the concord. However, the concord's seizure of power led way for rebels to argue that they were merely trading one empire for another in a way that didn't matter to the common people. Since then the concord has been involved with fighting rebels.
