Demographics
There are two Kraken priests and about three dozen hive-minded villagers who serve in whatever capacity is needed by the village. This consists of guarding the bridge, watching over the marketplace, selling items at the local market stall, and working the local farm.
There is only one kraken in Krakentown.
Government
Each villager is a member of Lady Kraken's hive-mind. Her rule is absolute.

Architecture
The houses in Krakentown primarily consist of wood. The roofs are high-peaked to prevent collapse during heavy snows. Villagers often paint swirling paintings of krakens on the blue tiles used in roofing. The tiny village appears to have a bright and bubbling pool of artistic talent despite the reserved nature of its villagers.
Geography
The wide Kraken River defines the northern border of the town. The town is otherwise relatively flat, laying against a small forest to its east.
