Syllenshar

Syllenshar is often referred to those within its borders as "The Eternal Oasis". Few have been, but many have heard tales of the lush grass and vibrant trees in the center of the Karassian Desert.
The elves that reside here revere the grand tree at the center of the grand citadel. The World Tree in common, or Aleshajin  in Elven this tree lies at the center of Syllenshar and is commonly believed to be a blessing and gift from Melora to the Elves. There are few that know the truth of how this society defies its surrounding harsh environments to thrive against all expectations
The grand marble and stone structures rise high into the Karassian sky and oversee miles upon miles of desert. From these heights you'd see beauty in the shifting sands, but out in the desert you'd find only a fight for survival.
