Nazerin

Nazerin is the capital city of the Tetheas Dynasty and the seat of the Queen of Dawn. She presides over her court in a lavish Ivory castle in the heart of the city. Nazerin lacks the luxury of decoration with such things as trees and flowers but makes up for it with striking structures and landmarks made of ivory and obsidian. While Drow and their houses are the most numerous of the grand city but several 'monster' and 'beast' races claim residence here and go about normal work and trade for the good of the Dynasty.
The seat of power since the Dynasty's inception it also hosts the Dawn's Light- the premier military force comprised of the most capable soldiers and mages..  It also houses a training academy for the Queensguard - the day to day lawkeepers to keep order in the streets.
