Mount Peril

What used to be a holy place is now one of the most frightening on Novaura. People long ago would make a pilgrimage here - a place said to be where you could commune and feel one with the Gods. This name has been forgotten to time but everyone knows its name today.

Swirls of hovering black and gray ash choke the air. An unnatural heat makes the simple act of standing here stifling. The very ground trembles. It is a wretched place not fit for mortal men.
