20 foot radius worm type thing with massive maw (essentially just a huge mouth) with rows and rows of teeth going into darkness, eyestalks within and outside of mouth. His voice speaks in heads and sounds like thousands of intermingling voices, like metal scraping on metal (will save vs 6d6 psychic and stun when heard). He also has a very long tongue that can appear from the darkness of his maw and grapple and eat. He stays in the south generally
