Warning: Blood and Partial Nudity

"7 votes say yes, 1 vote says no. I'm sorry archon Gorana, but we cannot be lenient on the one who led this most recent rebellion. The document shall be written and signed by Lunar, myself, and all the archons who agreed upon it"
— Star at a council meeting regarding a rebellion in Twilight Citadel

Origins

Star by AuthorChase on HeroForge
After the World War, Lunar created Star. She, along with her other angels, helped shape Notta's society. She helped shape the civilization of Rune Towers with her astrological image. The Fire and Earth Naga followed her faithfully, even after her death.

The Star of Notta

Lunar created Star with creation magic after the World War. She took charge by Lunar's side, being the more diplomatic of the two angel rulers. Star interacted with the people of Notta personally. She visited Runic Towers and Crystal Towers the most. When a crisis happened in Twilight Citadel or Tigrim nomad spaces, she consulted Forgeheim and Musance.   Star realized Lunar was just an icon, a face for the people while the other angels ruled the world. However, she found no problem with this, unlike other rulers. Star was the initial ruler of the world, interacting with the people and making laws for Lunar to sign.

Archon Council

It was Star's suggestion to create a formal council. Lunar agreed to the idea and attended the meetings with the other angels and their archons. Star chaired the council, but Lunar was the expert on battle plans. Many skirmishes with the Dark Dwarves were determined and finished within the council. The council mainly handled trade and civil agreements.   The archons would vote for the correct course of action with the angels as the witnesses. Star would call the votes, and Lunar would sign the agreement in his name and the archons that agreed to the document.

Star's Final Archon

by AuthorChase on HeroForge
Bolvir Sweetfur was a Tigrim seer who served Star faithfully through his time as an archon. He represented his nomadic people as well as delegated with the other races on Star's behalf. Sometimes Dark Dwarves still held superiority beliefs over the archon's race, but Forgeheim put a stop to those that harassed Bolvir.   Bolvir believed in peace for all, even the Dark Dwarves that once enslaved his people. He lectured on how vengeance could lead to undesirable consequences. Once the wish for revenge was fulfilled, there is nothing left except to accept that whatever you strived to return was gone. He held these virtues even until his death at Dark Dwarven hands; with some thinking he was naive to still hold those beliefs.

Perks and Flaws

Star excelled in diplomatic endeavors. When she could find a peaceful solution, she implemented it. However, sometimes battle was inevitable. She knew her weaknesses when planning for war or skirmishes, so she turned to Lunar on those occasions. Star knew when she needed help, which was a positive trait according to the people she helped rule. The angel held organizing and fellow rulers close for when she needed guidance.

Animal Form

Star Bat by AuthorChase on HeroForge
Star's animal form was one that never existed in Notta. She called her form a bat, which had specialties when navigating the world of eternal night. Star was a unique presence in her bat form. Always recognizable at a glance. However, this became a disadvantage once the dark dwarven rebellions picked up in frequency. From then on, Lunar would escort her through Notta in his raven form.
