As the years have passed, the expansive villas of the Cliffride have come to be used as rental properties, rented out to ambassadorial missions, visiting nobility, and wealthy guests of the city (alongside the occasional adventuring party that wishes to spend lavishly on their bloodily gotten gains for a season or two).
Heroes' Rest (1): Owned by House Melshimber, Heroes' Rest is currently occupied by Ciro Melshimber.
Stormwatch Villa (2): Owned by House Majarra, Stormwatch is currently unoccupied.
Marblehearth Villa (3): Owned by House Urmbrusk, Marblehearth is currently unoccupied.
Fair Winds Villa (4): Owned by House Cragsmere, Fair Winds is occupied by a reclusive scholar named Äleks Sanemmost, and his limited household.
