Divine Symbols & Sigils
Two divine symbols exist for the rare few that worship Urgon: A man drowning in a torrent of waves, and an old sailor chained to a rock.
Tenets of Faith
Given the limited scope of Urgon's power since his imprisonment, few people have dedicated a church to him, much less a religion, but the few that do share his view point that the sea is the true domain of the world. As such, most sailors, or those who make a living fishing, have tried to erect settlements near the coast, on islands, or have made floating colonies. Aside from these few faithful, there are also those who share his "take what you want" attitude, and pray to the chained leviathan when in battle, or when trying to steal something that's not theirs.
Holidays
Two holidays exist dedicated to the sea god, one during the beginning of summer, and one during autumn. The first one--called the festival of storms--is celebrated by sailors and sea side communities, though it's not in reverence to the god. More accurately it is a ceremony to keep the storms at bay, and some communities even have a special song and prayer to keep the chains of the god strong. The second holiday is held on the believed date of Urgon's imprisonment, and a festival is held to celebrate brotherly love--for the participants stress the folly of sibling rivalry, as expressed in the tale of Urgon and Halgon's bet. Along with games, food, and music, there's also a play that recounts Urgon's cosmogenic cycle, from his birth, to his marriage and imprisonment of his wife Hydra, his lost bet to Halgon, and ending with his imprisonment in The Trench, the literal hell of his own making.
Divine Goals & Aspirations
The more obvious goal is for Urgon to break the chain holding him down, but after that he'll try to bring about a tsunami that will drown all of Nosirend, thus bringing about his reign upon the world.
