Norterria
In the vast expanse of the known world lies the kingdom of Norterria, with its center marked by a great landscape encompassing plains, woods, mountains, and vast seas. The capital, Dunshire, situated in the northern reaches, was the first of many once-free lands to be colonized by humans following the Great War. Now, predominantly inhabited by humans and elves, these lands barely accommodate other creatures, often relegated to roles of laborers.
As one journeys southward, the landscape diversifies, and the southlands emerge as more just and inclusive, although rivalries persist. Fey creatures inhabit pockets of the land, while forest giants roam the mountains and lizardfolk dominate the swamps. In the southernmost reaches, where the monarchy's influence weakens, a blend of socialism and hedonism thrives, creating a haven for misfits from various backgrounds.
Amidst these diverse societies, a mysterious arcane force is quietly gaining strength. Its true extent remains unknown, but throughout the kingdom, many are intrigued and eager to uncover its secrets.
