Olari became the capital of the Shire because the Council of Lords did not want to favour Lahna or Hapua and wanted a central location for the capital.

Government

There is a town council elected by landowners. This council often has some serious tension with the Utvetarmaa Lords Council

Industry & Trade

Being the capital is a large business for the town but not the only one. There is fruit growing and some charcoaling going on. There are even some people that brew Sokisiolaki siideri or distill kova päärynälipeä
