The organization exists to free Alasafa from the Earls

Structure

The group is organized into small cells, each independent from each other.  This structure allows for the organization to avoid destruction by the Earl of Alasafa

Demography and Population

No one knows how many members there are, but estimates are of 50 to 100 cells, each with 5 to 10 active members.  While this is only about 375 members, there are a lot of people very sympathetic to the group.

Foreign Relations

The organization seeks to harm the well being of the Earls of Alasafa.  This is through sabotage and killings.   They are considered a serious terrorist organization.   The group is tolerated by the Earls of Khuralaa as long as there is no damage to the salt trade through Umeiyah and not a lot of killings within the Earldom.

The organization has a council of 12 who make all the decisions and are the only ones that know all of the cells.

The Council of 12 - they mete our justice not only to their members but also to anyone that works for the Earl of Alasafa
