Geography

Stretching from the poles to the equator, there is significant diversity among the climates. Although overall it can be divided into four parts. Along the Southern and Eastern coast is significant amounts of temperate forests, with some tropical along the equator. North of that is the grasslands found in the shadow of two great mountain ranges. North of the mountains is bitter taiga, and beyond that is only dry tundra and glaciers.
The population is gathered along the southern coast, with seven separate states bunched into the bottom quarter of the land.
Few can survive close to the mountains, for that is where the mana storms are formed and with them comes a rolling hoard of monsters and formless order. Much of the continent cannot support permanent settlement due to the monsters inhabiting the areas.
