The county is directly ruled by the Prince of Habuda. It was ceded to Habuda at the end of the last war with Atonia.  It used to be known as Marklow

78,000 people live here.   Most of the people are of Eurabic background but there is a large Besketian presence.   The original Angshirian population has dwindled over the years.

The county has an area of 11,000 sq km.   The county places the military of Habuda within less than a day's march from the main road in Atonia and barely more than a one day march from the capital of Pekneth
