Free Wizard's College
Located in the Tirceo capital city of Adharrc, the Free Wizard's College is an arcane academy founded by the Culfa Brothers, Aart and Brannoc, in 1891 VT. The College is free for all Ifrinn to attend.
Since the college does not have any Elven professors, it is considered 'unsanctioned' by the Veilran wizards at the First Academy. The Culfa brothers would argue that the Elves have had several hundred years to establish an academy in Tirceo, so if they aren't going to do it, then the Ifrinn will do it for themselves.
