Looking back from year 158 concerning the Dwarven Borderland
Many things happen through the years, and in the Borderlands there are several prominent members of the clans and houses. The clans and houses are entangled in the intrigues, politics and events taken place through out the Borderlands.
Several people are related to each other;
-Thane Rantyr of Holderhek, female, disappeared in year 57 at age 300, returned to Southpass in 157, seemingly at an age of 316.
-Gothram, the Whitebeard of Dankil, mate of thane Rantyr, male, age 350 when he passed in 55.
-Riswynn of Holderhek, daughter of thane Rantyr and Gothram of Dankil, female, killed during the goblin wars at the age 41.
-Elder Tolbera of Dankil, Daughter of Riswynn of Holderhek, female age 201. born -44
-Thane Stonegrace of Holderhek, daughter of thane Rantyr and Gothram of Dankil, female age 131, recognized as thane late in 157.
-Brottor of Torunn, husband of thane Stonegrace, male, age 250 when he passed in 124.

The last few years several dramatic occurances have taken place in the Borderlands.
The ogre incidents around 135-138 Ogres mainly from the west became a problem for many in the part of the world of the Borderlands and that of. the humans just south of the border. It was a time of turmoil, with many humans and dwarves having to lay down lives, while at the same time holding other creatures of the wild at bay.
The transition of thane
In 156 a diplomat from the human kingdom, the dutchess of Aestergard, Sefaris Anskuld, was assassinated, murdered, in the town of Southpass. A culprit was found and put to trial, the cousin Falkrynn of thane Trauborn. Falkrynn was put to death and burried in a unmarked tomb.
Nearing a year after the execution, in 157, dark spirits and living dead rose through the town. With aid of the elven friend, later recognized and honored as protector of Southpass, Lael Naïlo, the living dead were put back to rest. Through the events leading back to the peace the executed cousine of the thane was recognized as innocent of the crime that lead to her execution. Through the process of the redemption there were much turmoil where even the thane along with several prominent persons within the town met their end.
In the aftermath of the turmoils in Southpass during 157 the old thane who had disappeared a hundred years prior, in 57, suddenly re-appeared, guided back to the seat of the clans domain by the new elven friend who had been instrumental in bringing back the peace to Southpass and putting the dead back to rest.
During the year that passed, clan Holderhek appointed a new elder to the council and foreman in Southpass, in place of Elder Orek and foreman Einkil who were killed. Elder Dundring of Dankil was appointed to the council of Southpass after the passing of Elder Ilde. Stonegrace was recognized as thane as thane Rantyr deciding to step aside, having been away from the dealings of the Borderlands during the passed century. Stonegrace had spent some time as diplomat to the human capital City of Noctur. The family of the former thane are absolved of the dealings of the late thane with Kristryd and her daughter being granted to stay in the quarters they grown to call home and being part of the court.
