Gnomes are the small intelligent humanoids who long ago came from the land of Fae, their time in the material plane dulled many of their more Fae characteristics but they still retain a strong magical tradition and an innate curiosity that drives them to build and create. interestingly the gnomes have become quite industrious and their mechanical skill threatens even the most accepting dwarven tinkerer. Gnomes while closely resembling Halflings are much more akin to the Dwarven race with their cultural personality of work and progress. they value intelligence and material wealth.
as the legends say Kurtlemak was tricked by a legendary gnomish hero and now kobolds and gnomes have become mortal enemies.
