History

Formerly the seat of the Elder Gods before they were banished in the Planar War. It remains the closest place to the Elderplane in the Material Plane. It fell to ruins and was uninhabited for many centuries before Innsmouth was built. It is now mostly ruins with some jungles, caves and the small port of Innsmouth.

Points of interest

Port of Innsmouth: A relatively friendly Port City of humanoid-accepting Deep Ones and humans built to exploit the fish and gold deposits. It is the only safe place on the island. 
Ruins of R'lyeh: The remains of the Elder God City which still reeks of Elder magic and is extraordinarily dangerous
