A loose alliance of small settlements and enclaves who protect their prairie canyon from invaders but  mostly keep to themselves.

History

A number of settlements built by cast-aways, refugees and exiles who were assisted by Branwen who found the empty territory and provided the settlers with weapons. They still honor her as the Gun-Bringer. The major settlements are Deepfurrow, the southernmost town which relies on agriculture with a rivalry with Starsmont, a mining town on the shores of the Dragonford Lake. In the dinosaur infested forests of the west is Verdana, a weed loving colony founded by Greenleaf of the Questionably Blessed. Further north is Ara's Forge, a former cult of halflings who worshiped a dark elf named Ara who turned the town into a giant factory settlement. Nearby is the myconid colony of Subvra which was founded with help from Sreng and Casimir of the Questionably Blessed. It welcomes any who wish to join the collective which has led to a very diverse and friendly settlement. The rest of the north is covered by toxic fungal mats expanding from the Great Wreck and due to an evil cult of myconids and gnolls. The former settlement of Fallowmire was once here but now abandoned. A single tower protected by magic there is the headquarters of the Sanguine Sniper bloodhunters who are an offshoot of the Night Hunters. The are is also noted for its clan of highly inventive and gun obsessed kobolds who provide the advanced guns the settlers use.
