History
The Alliance of Dobastis is the brainchild of a group of Zhogovurd warlords who had to flee to the Ortileesian archipelago after the Heliopian Dominion invaded and occupied the western Zhogovurd kingdoms. They and their armies settled on the central archipelago islands where they built large fortresses and began to plan to retake thei rlands. They ahve since become a highly militarized nation that seeks to undermine and defeat the Dominion though they also hav ebecome economically reliant on Ishkadar and Ortileez which makes them almost a vassal. They are biding their time to strike and give active support to Anti-Heliopian rebel groups.
