Megeiros

Megeiros is the loxodon cook of the Sparrowhawk. Since the death of Captain Croxar he is the only remaining member of the original crew.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Megeiros is very large, as loxodons tend to be, and chubby, as he likes to eat just as much as he likes to cook. Underneath the thick elephant skin, and the layers of fat, he is actually pretty muscular.

Dark grey fungi grow behind Megeiros large ears.

Special abilities

Megeiros is a druid, capable of accessing the third tier of stars inside himself.
He specializes in the manipulation of fungi and spores, and the creation of food.

Apparel & Accessories

Megeiros always wears an apron, and carries a yew wand tucked in his belt.
He owns a magical cape that protects him from the many dangers of the sky, a glass sphere that tells him where the north is, and pouch containing a seemingly endless amount of spices.

Education

Megeiros was taught the druidic ways from his parents, who wanted to preserve their traditions despite having moved to a floating city.
He attended public school in the Andranes Republic, although he was definitely no one of the best students.

Employment

He worked as part of the police of the floating city where he lived, but actually wanted to open a restaurant.
He never managed to do it, but he kept cooking as an hobby.
After meeting captain Croxar, he became the cook of his crew.

He rarely talks about it, but before joining Croxar's crew he did something bad. Something so bad that he had to leave his town because of it.
He most likely began traveling with the captain to avoid punishment for is actions.

Megeiros is not very smart, and usually it takes him a while to grasp a new concept. Despite living on a ship for almost 30 years, in fact, he still has not learned anything about how to handle one.

Motivation

Megeiros' main motivation for everything is friendship: it is the reason he stayed by Croxar's side all this years, the reason why he will remain with the rest of the crew even though the captain is dead.
He is still looking for a way to correct the mistake he has made in the past, but without talking to anyone about, it's going to be hard.
