While working, Edelgard wears a full suit of armor and heavy clothes underneath which leave virtually not even an inch of skin uncovered, and she wields a magical greatsword. She also carries many other weapons with her.
When not working, she takes off most of the armor, and drops the greatsword in favor of less encoumberant weapons.
