Wrath Of Val'Jerah

The protectors of Nilaris were no more and the forces of darkness were suddenly prevalent again.   Shadows slowly rose all over the Realms, cults and worshippers of the void began their ascend to
lay rest to the light of day. With the balancing powers of the elements no longer having hosts to spread vitality in the form of dragons, a silhouette of pure life devouring emptiness now grew in the far eastern land of Anzania . In company of the dark growing figure came corruption of the intelligent life beyond the borders of the human realms. The Trolls saw most of this corruption, with many being transformed from nature mending, long tusked human like creatures, to red skinned, bloodcrazed beasts the size of houses. The Trolls of Anzania not corrupted physically by the void, overthrew all other ideologies to make way for the representation of the new god on earth, in fear of what might happen if they did not. Dark Clerics being direct descendants of the Eltorian survivors, who had worshiped the dark lord for generations named them selves, Highpriests of Val'Jerah and claimed to be the link between the material world and the formless abyssal lord. With the Highpriests at the top they bridged together all the individual clans and united them all under one rule, the Tan'Sil Empire.   With the might of the moon and mutated bloodthirsty beasts, the Tan'Sil Empire began the extension of Val'Jerahs Wrath
Soon after the establishment of the trolls fellowship, they moved their armies further east to Urih'Gar, destroying all who fought back and enslaving those who couldn't. As the orcs had no unity and were all divided into clans and tribes, it was only a matter of months before the major clans were either taken hostage, obliterated or had joined the ranks of their oppressor's. By the time the mighty green skinned warriors were conquered, the word of a powerful thread had reached the human realms. Fear and panic spread throughout the kingdoms and the people prepared, the Zel'Urakians hid behind the great wall that closed off their region, the southern clans not under the rule of Emperor Hejenev, descendant of Mehedi and Hrandir, made a frontline at Heroes Rill . Yet the biggest empire of all did nothing, as Hejenev claimed there was no thread from the east and seemed unfazed by the devastation soon to come.   As the roomers said, a force beyond imagination would soon sweep over the realms.   Shortly after the orcs demise, the horde arrived at the norths doorstep, they brought destruction
and anguish upon the dwarven people. A few, however not many fled their ancestral lands to seek shelter within Zel'Urak . The human empire openhandedly received the refugees and was told that in less then a year the great underground citys and fortresses of the north had been demolished and left in ashes. King Hem'Arell of Zel'Urak knew that if the dwarven constructed mountain walls and thick, robust gates could not keep the trolls out, the south would not stand a chance. Though the magic in the south were far greater then that of the norths, Arell feared that Emperor Hejenev's neglection of the attack would be their doom. So he consulted the scholars and maesters of the Hem'Riey Library , to see if some old scripture could be the answer. Nothing of use was found and the Emperor no matter how much they fought for it, never offered any help. As a last resort and with devastation at their gate, King Arell send forth an expedition to the land of legends "Naz´Catry ". Old folklore told the story of a continent so lush and lustrous, that the people there had grown far bigger, wiser and stronger then anyone in the humble realms of Nilaris. Hoping for saviors over seas to free them from their demise, the king shoved all his faith onto that, a legend.   The expedition was on its way, so the southerners could do nothing but hold their ground for as long as possible.   When the wave of trolls reached the gates of Zel'Urak, they quickly laid waste to the once great
kingdom. Once more, enslaving all who did not manage to fight back and destroying those who did. Taking the life og King Hem'Arrel on their first attack, leaving the moral of the people shattered. As jungle, a terrain quite familiar to the trolls, were the only thing between the last of mankind and Tan'Sil's full power over the world, they rapidly spread their armies down south. The second the first troll, sat foot in what we now call Shyanin, Emperor Hejenev Surrendered and left the safety of his great keep. Why he would do so is unclear, yet many historians seem to think he was influenced, by the shadowy curse his forefather Mehedi accepted, during his culling of the dragons. With such cowordness from the king, many of his generals decided to desert, and fight for their freedom, holding steadfast in the great fortress of Trolls Bane . The great keep, held ground for many years, before actually being demolished when Val'Jerah had enough of these humans games, leaving close to no survivors. Meanwhile further down south, the independent clans gathered all their men at the river lands called "Heroes Rill". Fighting one last battle for the sake of mankind. They too were ripped to pieces, as easily as a wyvern tears its prey apart.   From this time on nothing is written, so all we believe to know going forward, is tales past on through generations.
