Isles Of Zúrell
Far south from the shores of "Ljo'Nuthimbah" rests a fairly huge island nation a wee bit outside the maps perimeter. The three main Zuréll isles also known as "Dreamcatcher's cay", "Flora's Haven" and the "Floating Isle" are all home to exotic animals not found elsewhere, like
Panthers with teeth the size of a "Huntsmen's blade", teeny tiny apes swinging their way through the tree crowns, and turtles big enough to be mounted. The people here, known as Zuréllians, are spiritual, nature cherishing and not known to have ever willingly raged war against neither each other or any outsiders, for they consider themselves a fairly peaceful nation who follows the lead, not of any warlords or generals, but of their female elders who they call "Dreamers". The Dreamers are said to go into deep slumber in their temples for months at a time each year, from where they will see what the future holds for their people. The islands were only discovered by accident 200 years ago, when a "Metrifian" trade ship, on its way to Nika'Luvah, went adrift and landed on the shores of the "Floating Isle", before this the Zuréllian people believed they were the only civilization on earth and had never even attempted to conquer the great oceans. Now they are great distributors of animal pelts, spices and even some never wilting flowers, in which especially the nobles of "Shyanin" are much interested. In return they have gotten iron and gold, materials not seen on the islands otherwise. The tough metals have given them the opportunity to bolster their forces, mainly to withstand the inevitable pirate raids.
