Dosmír el Kýr

Faith of the Emberstone Clans.

Before time was "Dosmír" (The Mother) and "Megh Kýr" (The Mighty Ox) on their great floating ship
Called "Fréll" (Above). The two lonely beings floating through endless emptiness felt the need to fill the space. With a horn from the Mighty Ox, an empty plate of dirt, stone and gold was formed. To fill the plate, the mother squeezed her breasts to let the lifegiving fluids overflow the land, here "Talrim" (World) was born. To bring life to their creation they had two children "Hemriss" and "Hellriss" who they placed with themselves on the plate. It did not take long for the children to grow tired of their solitude, and since both of them were male, they could not even fill the world themselves. Many times the sons tried to persuade their mother and father to give them more siblings, each time in vain. Eventually Hemriss and Hellriss had enough, so they went to the mother and Hellriss forced himself on her putting four children into her womb. Megh Kýr who frantically tried to put an end to the assault, was killed by a knife Hemriss had hidden in his boots. Hellris then pinned the pregnant mother down, till she gave birth to his children, at which time the sons threw their mother over the edge of the world, to forever fall into the abyss. But Dosmír did not fall, she got caught on the underside of Talrim called "Näe" (Beneath) from where she endlessly plots the revenge on her treacherous sons and their offspring. The four other children, whom where all daughters, caught up with the lies, Hellriss and Hemriss had told them of their mothers whereabouts, when both of the brothers forced themselves on them as well. Impregnating all four of the sisters, who were then terrified of the older siblings. Scared and with beings in their wombs, they cut off the last horn on Megh Kýr's corpse and used it to call down the old home of their parents, "Fréll". The great ship came to their rescue and flew the sisters to safety, hidden above the clouds.
Luckily in time. For the full might of the Mothers revenge would shower upon the world in a great sundering of darkness and shadows from beneath. Crushing Hellriss and his brother to a pile of dirt and stone where they stood, which according to legends was the dirt and stone that would become the "Breakstone isle's". The Sisters, safe on their ship and with children of their own soon to come, wanted Talrim to be full of plants and life for their offspring, not darkness and sorrow. So they, with pure hearts and will to bring harmony, went down and managed to cleanse the world of their mothers mad vengeance, sending her back to the "Beneath". Now with a safe haven for them to give birth, came the first life. from "Vrúnhild" came all the feathery creatures, native to the skies. From "Ottkila" came the scaly ones roaming the seas and rivers. From "Gyrd" came all the furry mammals walking the forests and plains, and from "Garsnýl" Came Humans. The sisters left Talrim to let their children create their own fate, and took their vessel Fréll to the clouds. Fearing for the darkness of the beneath, they are yet bolstering an army to once again withstand the sundering from the Mother, soon to come, referred to as "Rälnaréss". Taking the souls of the demised, worthy of joining their ranks in the halls of Fréll, and leaving those who are not to drift over the edges of Talrim and end in Näe for eternity.

"Vrúnhild"
Daughter of wind.
Who roams the skies, flying on her giant eagle "Velgr",
with each bash of the wings gusts are blown,
pushing the sails of her people faster and further then any of their enemies.

"Ottkila"
Daughter of the sea.
She swims the depths of her domain on the back of the great serpent "Jörrga"
creating the currents that leads her people to new greater lands.

"Gyrd"
Daughter of the earth.
Who wander the forests on her great trusty warthog "Rhimnir",
and Rhimnir's seventeen children
forcing the sheep and cows to become as strong as they can
to better feed the people roaming her domain.

"Garsnýl"
Daughter of fire.
She sits the throne of "Fréll"
always looking into her brazier, from where she oversees all her children
Granting passion to those who need it and taking greed from those who dont,
from here she too deems the souls of the perished worthy or unworthy.
