The Prismatic Order

One of the Knightly Orders of Lethennor, the Prismatic Order has, until recently, stayed out of the spotlight and politics of the land despite controlling one of the more populous cities in the nation. This is mostly due to its geographic isolation.
The Prismatic Order is known for the distinctive rainbow-glass patterns inserted into their high-quality armor and weapons, as well as their generally down-to-earth nature. The Knights are known to be fair rulers and will often stop in local taverns to have a drink or two between their duties. This has helped endear them to the local populace of Shilas, their capital.
The orders Knight Exemplar (Second-in-Command), Zefri Cloris, was recently declared the Monarch of Lethennor in a stunning election. As a result about 9/10ths of the order has traveled east to take up residence in Aakan while a member of their order rules the nation, as is tradition.

Structure

The Prismatic Order is headed by the Knight Commander of the Order, with the Knight Exemplar just below them. Below the Knight Commander and Knight Exemplar there are specialized titles that see to specific issues in the order and their territory. Together they form the Color Council. These titles are: Knight Magus: The Order's arcane expert and foremost mage.
Guardian of Sulanar: The Order's chief priest and religious expert.
Knight Quartermaster: The Knight responsible for the logistics and equipment of the order.
Knight of the People: The Knight responsible for meeting with local petitioners and being the voice of the people on the council.

History

The Prismatic Order, like most other orders in Lethennor, has its routes in the fall of the Carlegnian's. At the time a group of glassblowers allied with local Carlegnian warriors to free the city of the Carlegnians just towards the end of the rebellion. For the most part the order has quietly controlled its far flung territory and kept order, until its Knight Exemplar Zefri Cloris managed to maneuver herself to become Monarch of Lethennor, a first for the Knightly Order.
