Weng Fang Tong

The Weng Fang Tong is the largest and most powerful criminal organization in the Western United States. They control all gambling, loan sharking, and prostitution for much of Night City. Almost all of the boostergangs in Little China are on the Tong's payroll and act as enforcers for the organization.
