Satyr

Basic Information

Anatomy

Satyr are medium sized humanoids with ungulate goat-like legs and fur covering over two-thirds of their bodies. This fur is found on their legs, their lower abdomen, and their backs. There also exists patches of fur on their lower arms, along the middle of their upper and lower torso, and along the sides of their heads. A Satyr's torso, arms, and heads resemble Humans except for their goatlike ears and nose, hairiness, horns, and bigger front teeth.

Biological Traits

Satyrs experience mild sexual dimorphism, with females having bigger and longer horns, while males have two pairs of horns. When they reach sexual maturity, female Satyr will grow enlarged breasts, much like humans, and gain spotting, striping, or both on their skin that is lighter than their skin tone.    As they age, a Satyr's manes and beards grow longer and faster, with elderly Satyr of both sexes frequently having long, flowing beards.

Growth Rate & Stages

Young Satyr will always have pastel coloration of what color their adult eyes will look like. Additionally, their fur is much softer and flecked with white spots that fade at adulthood.   Elderly Satyr are known for their long beards that reach down to midtorso and scraggly hair.

Additional Information

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

Satyr have a great sense of smell and an amazing level of hearing. Their sense of smell leads to them also having a really sensitive sense of taste, leading Satyrs to being picky eaters.   Satyr are above average at natural magic usage, making them sensitive to magic energies.
