Cardinal Crossings
The large city that serves as central location for trade, with routes to all 4 of the major cities going through it at one time or another. While it doesn't have the official political recognition of other large cities, its influence in trade and commerce is without question. Often referred to as the true capital of the world, the statement seems to become less and less of a joke as time goes on.
This is also the city that initially created the railway system and is the home of the Brass Collar Consortium.
