Stephan, A 15-year-old Male born in Toronto, Canada 2012 An orphan who adores animals relating to them more as he struggles Socialially due to his lack of Upbringing He fears Large crowds and social pressure (e.g. being on stages) He is the first Human to gain a Semblance from the CORE little is known of his Current Semblance due to TZI and its unnamed Mercenary contact who he currently works for However it has been seen to be Control or creation of the Weather. Aiming to Find Friends and do something significant with his life and make a difference.
#Log-001: Stephan Seems to rarely use his Semblance when he faced His most recent Threat 5 SCP-173s he didn't use his Semblance. Stephan also appears to have some sadistic tendencies as he tied up and torqued a "Kebab Man" whilst dancing to music. Whether or not this Sadistic habit was from his time with Steven Ortega or of his own experiences in life affecting his personality in this way. It is assuming it is most likely due to Steven Ortega and his Organisations Debatable Ethics Note: He shows some kind of affection for Alexandria Pella and her "assets" continuing to bury his head in between them for the entire duration of his journey back from Norway.
