Sanctum of Psor'il

Located in the deepest reaches of the Black Loch, the Sanctum of Psor'il is the home of its namesake, the aboleth Psor'il. A host of minions serve their master here, all forcibly controlled by Psor'il's psionics and to some degree mutated. Some have been altered to simply breathe underwater while others have had their forms so altered it's anyone's guess what they originally were.
