Blibdoolpoolp, the Sea Mother

Blibdoolpoolp is the traditional goddess of the kuo-toa, not only representing their often twisted minds but also magnifying their insanity further through worship. It is unclear whether the kuo-toa created Blibdoolpoolp or the other way around, gifted as the kuo-toa are with bringing their thoughts into reality. Irregardless of her origins, it is well known that she is a paranoid and bloodthirsty being with a burning hatred towards any race that has ever done the kuo-toa harm. Among the Underdark races, she has a special hatred for the mind flayers and drow, though she also holds great contempt with the sea elves and sahuagin who often fight with kuo-toa in the open ocean.
While Blibdoolpoolp will accept many offerings, her favorites are pearls, lobsters, and humanoid sacrifices (preferably humanoids who are drowned, especially drow). In the case of sacrifices, a large enough offering can even summon the avatar of the goddess herself to interact directly with her worshippers. The rest of the time, she is often found in her home plane, The Murky Depths, brooding over the cruel fate of the kuo-toa and plotting revenge against her enemies. Despite her madness, Blibdoolpoolp is open to negotiation and known to perform small favors in exchange for vast amounts of treasure. That said, those who visit her realm will find that she considers their being allowed there to be a favor, and will be hard pressed to leave should they lack proper tribute in either treasure or sacrifice.
