Bank of Morgul

The Bank of Morgul is the largest banking group on Nexus and one of the few to have branches in multiple cities and countries across the world, mostly located on the central and western continents. While none can deny their success, the methodology of that success is more dubious. Those who take loans from the bank sign away the rights to their body and spirit, which default to being the bank's property should their loan still be outstanding at the time of their death. As such, the bank's staff is made up almost entirely of undead. Skeletons sort paperwork, specters retrieve files from the high shelves, and so forth, all under the control of the necromancers who act as upper management.
The bank's propaganda goes to great effort to convince the public that undead are no worse than constructs, though those who study magic and are aware of how anything powered by the Negative Energy Plane truly works know this is nothing but talk. Cities and other settlements truly dedicated to the well-being of their peoples do not permit the Bank of Morgul to do business within their walls. But those with a less-than-good sense of morality and ethics welcome the coin that the bank brings to their economy, despite the potential risk of allowing so many undead among the living.
