The Red Sands
Structure
The Red Sands are lead by three Master Hunter Alray Ravenblaze, Heino Tali, and Azarm. As there founders, masters, and most powerful hunters the each lead The Red Sands without question and all on equal footing. Typical only one of them is at the HQ at any given time as the Master tend to take on large bounties outside of the desert regularly. Within the Hunters the are ranked by experience and valor starting from the lowest rank; Novice, Apprentice, Adept, and Expert Hunters. Although they have no rule against some else becoming a Master Hunter through the guild, the Masters have said they have no plans on promoting someone to Master. Promotions are given by either 3 Hunter from the tier above them all agreeing that they should join their ranks, or any hunter at least 2 tiers above can promote instantly. Lastly, the Master declared a challenge amongst themselves, that if one can prove they are far superior to the other two they can promote them to a Legendary Hunter, making them the defector leader of the guild, although it appears to be more of a running joke than actual guild law.
Public Agenda
The Red Sands hunt the dangerous creatures that occupy the desert in order to make the whole area safer from everyone. Although they primarily work for profit from traders and settlements, they are not apposed to risking their lives to fight a create that is harming those that could not afforded their blades. Once strongly allied to the Koumapti Empire, but after Adeola's Militia pushed her army south Henio made a deal for them to become independent from politics as the only wish to hunt the monsters of the Imeshuka Desert.
History
The Red Sands was founded after three indecent monster hunter were pulled together for a job to hunt an Ophanim. Soon afterward the decided to work together and use the bounty the just earned for a small guild hall in Diaras to build a guild of professional monster hunters. Alray Ravenblaze revived a special job early on by Eniola Kolapo to hunt and stop his brother within the Black Valley. Although the job was morally questionable and the target was not a monster, she took the job for its incredibly high payout. After only five years of operation the Koumapti Empire offered them Fort Nyatia, a barley used military fort not far from Diaris, in exchange for them becoming officially allied with the empire as Adeola Otota was gain traction for a rebellion in the north. Then Azarm left to investigate a neighboring kingdoms strange forest with several other master class hunters from other areas. Just before Diaris fell under siege to Adeola's Militia, the deal for The Red Sands to remain independent of the wars was made.
