As a devotee of Helm, you can manipulate the bonds of destiny that invisibly entangle every living thing. You can cast command with this trait a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of once). You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest. Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for this spell.
You can cast clairvoyance with this trait, requiring no material components. Once you cast the spell in this way, you can’t do so again until you finish a long rest. Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for this spell. In addition, you have advantage on saving throws against being charmed.
You develop a second sense, allowing you to intuit the tug and pull of destiny. You can’t be surprised, provided you aren’t incapacitated.
You can increase your Strength or Wisdom score by 2 and also increase your maximum for that score by 2.

Earning and Losing Piety
You increase your Piety score to Helm when you expand the god’s influence in the world in a concrete way through acts such as these:- Defeating a creature that has stepped out of its place
- Repairing a significant wound dealt to destiny by the gods’ ambitions
- Teaching people about Helm, his nature, and his return
- Undoing a deserved punishment or curse suffered by another creature
- Willfully destroying a natural wonder
- Assisting a creature in undermining the natural order or exploiting destiny
