Purpose / Function
It is not only an entertainment center for the Underland. It provides bar services and a place for the criminal masses to meet and plot.
The Underlanders treat it as a mission hub of sorts, and its cellar likely contains some of the non-robotic arsenal.
Each storey is a large circular room dedicated to a particular purpose.
The ground floor is a bar, the first floor the casino, and the second floor has lodging for guests and staff, as well as a meeting room.
Alterations
A geothermal steam engine was recently installed to provide electricity from the local magma heating up water in a loop.
In 2010 the casino was renovated to have modern amenities such as wireless internet and charging ports for cell phones.
Architecture
A three storey building with a black granite facade resembling a hellish pagoda.
Its front double doors are embossed with mosaics of green stones. The windows are shatterproof due to the rowdy customers that occasionally visit the bar.
History
Nine Springs Casino didn't start out as headquarters to the Underlanders, it just grew into its role as more people began to use it for all sorts of reasons.
From bar girls trying to make it in the underground to supervillains seeking audience, Nine Springs Casino's management has amassed enough cash and resources to make it a stronghold in the volcanic landscape.
Despite Rubeus's request for the casino to be retooled into some other legal building, the Casino's management thumb their noses at him because they like the rest of New Luoyang view him as an incompetent mayor.
Tourism
Usually people down on their luck or curious about the seedy underside of New Luoyang will visit.
The latter are flush with enough cash to be plied with drinks or convinced to try out the latest in casino games.
The casino's peak hours are at night.
