Monarch of the Sea: David Nelson

David Nelson was the hero of the Scottish Rebellion. It was his brilliant control of his fleets which lead to the excellent blockade choking out the Scottish resistance. But he's an old man now and his newly created position of Monarch of the Sea has been counter to his personal tastes. He'd rather be training new recruits and leading fleets but now he is merely a bureaucrat. His office in Liverpool is where he can be found; bored out of his wits.
