Free State of Texas

Texas declared independence after that Gang of Four Coup. By no means not the only free state in the continental U.S. but certainly the most internationally significant given its connection with Scott Brown Real Estate. Texas is largely a self sustaining country given its vast population and fuel reserves. It's culture is almost indistinguishable from that of the United States save for the stereotypical ten gallon hats and spurs. Texas still has some green fields for cattle raising and that cattle is a rare precious commodity for the ultra rich. Texas cattle have the interesting quality that bulls have three horns rather than two. After the fourth corporate war Texas took on the Diaspora in order to rebuild the destroyed capital of Austin. Texas has been using the reconstruction to help alleviate Austin traffic and has an unquenchable thirst for cheap labor.
