Reginald (Colonel to his friends) Mancy is the general chief of staff put in charge of making war plans in peace time. His father, Hunter Mancy, was a general during the Scottish Rebellion and he has perpetually been living in his father's shadow. The independent media stations have mocked him as, "an incompetent war monger who just wants to prove himself." He has responded to these claims with a cheeky grin.
