Geological / environmental event
Fearing for an especially cold winter, the peoples of Jonu Quiato prepared their animals and stores of grain. But when the snow fell warm and the winds blew humid, a great rot blossomed across the Mindreland and claimed the lives of thousands. This winter of rot, sometimes called Plague Winter or the Warm Snow, devastated the lands for years to come. The Druids took great interest in this event and traced its origins to a great sickness plaguing the earth which they called The Perversity.
