Barge

A bar made up of a fleet of Wind Skiffs fastened together, Barge is popular with Cargo Fliers, teens on their Praetium Gliders, and all flying species. A jovial place filled with kindhearted and hospitable people, Barge is surprisingly dangerous for non-fliers, as the floor is constantly shifting. The bar is owned by an aarakocra famous for his strong cocktails and terrible jokes named Elwin Highwing.
