Mintarn Mercenaries

Led by Arlon Bladeshaper and Sabine Copperclaw, these mercenaries hail from the moonshae isles, and are easily identifiable by their crescent moon symbol. They patrol the outer cities, and though they’re riddled with corruption, do manage to keep a tenuous peace.
Some like the power they wield over the politically underrepresented, some seek to better the outer city, and some desire to win the royal contest and leave their poor life behind.

History

They were brought into Neverwinter from the island of Mintarn in 1559 DR, to deal with the growing outer city. They've since kept them in check.
