God of the Sea, Shipbuilding, and Natural Disasters

Known as the Gladiator of the Seas, Bastelix is the God of Water, Seafarers, Shipbuilding, and Natural Disasters. He is known as one of the harsher and more rigid of the Celestials, being less merciful to mortals than his siblings. He is heavily venerated in port cities around Sol where he is known by many names such as Basil, Basilio, Laslow, and Vaseelix. Supplication to the sea god is meant to provide safe passage on the sea, protection from natural disasters, and good fortune to traders who make their fortune on cargo ships. He is quick to anger and once his wrath has been tempted, punishment is inevitable, often in the form of destructive storms, tornadoes, and floods. He is known to wield a trident and travel on a mount known simply as the winged squid.
