Chris Penhurst

The oldest permanent resident at the Shelter besides Evelyn herself, Chris is very much the older brother figure of anyone who comes knocking. He’s been at the Shelter for a long, long time. He knows the deal, he’s seen the worst, and he’s there for everyone who comes around – whether or not they appreciate his dry sense of humour or his goofy attitude.
